pRENATAL YOGA

As a certified Prenatal Yoga teacher and mother-to-be myself, I know firsthand the benefits of a prenatal yoga practice. Prenatal yoga helps you connect to your body and your growing baby in a powerful way. A regular prenatal yoga practice helps you improve strength, flexibility, and balance, increases confidence, reduces anxiety, depression, and aches and pains — all things that help prepare you to carry and birth your baby with ease! Plus, in these isolated times, a group prenatal yoga class is a wonderful way for you to connect with other like-minded women!

I currently offer a virtual group prenatal yoga class on Tuesdays from 6pm-7pm ET and Saturdays from 9am-10am ET. Class includes safe and gentle movement for all trimesters, breathwork, pelvic floor awareness, mindfulness, and an opportunity to connect with others.

Baby and me yoga

As a Doula and a certified Children’s Yoga teacher, I understand how challenging it can be to incorporate movement when you have a baby to care for! Baby and Me yoga is a great way to enjoy your movement practice while bonding with your baby.

If you are looking to safely stretch and strengthen the body while connecting with your baby and a nurturing, supportive community, this class is for you! Baby and Me yoga includes breathing techniques, safe and gentle movement, and infant games and massage. Benefits include decreased stress, increased resilience and confidence in parenting skills, and increased strength and flexibility. Baby and Me yoga is suitable for parents or caregivers and their infants who are not yet crawling. Birthing parents should be at least 6 weeks postpartum and cleared by their healthcare provider for exercise.

Divine feminine yoga

Tired of fitness classes that feel like worship services for Masculine Energy? Bring the pain, push through it, achieve, achieve, achieve! No thanks! In Divine Feminine Yoga, I’ll lead you through a nourishing, replenishing yoga practice designed to connect you to your innate Feminine Energy.

Divine Feminine Yoga is the perfect class for women looking to stretch and strengthen the body in a gentle way and practice mindfulness techniques, all while connecting with a safe and supportive community. This class incorporates gentle movement, breathwork, meditation, pelvic floor awareness, and time for check ins and sharing. Benefits include decreased stress, increased strength and flexibility, increased sense of confidence and wellbeing, and increased sense of connection and community. This class is suitable for women of all fitness levels.

I am currently enrolling Divine Feminine Yoga for Fall 2021!

All classes are currently on Zoom. Drop-in classes are $15 each. A package of 8 classes is $100. I am committed to making my services accessible. If cost is prohibitive for you, please send me an email.
